Service was superb. Product was poor. Initial battery overheaded when charged and utilized. Complained and got a replacement. Second battery would not take a full charge after initially use. Throw both away and chaulked it up to poor knowledge. No have to have in bothering with a third.
Battery is for an rc helicopter have not had to use it however but battery is new so hopefully we will have no difficulties with it
