Keep away from this charger at all cost, as a further reviewer said, it is certainly wired incorrectly. When I inserted the charger into the helicopter, the blades began to spin even although the helicopter was in the off position. I then smelled smoke....coming from my laptop. This lovely little charger shorted out two of my USB ports on my laptop or computer leaving a beautiful burnt smell. Be conscious DO NOT Decide to buy Stars
I took a likelihood right after reading some negative evaluations about reverse polarities and such, and purchased this cable to charge my RC Combat Helicopters that I bought at Brookstone at Christmas time. This cable operates fantastic for me. You plug it in to your helicopter and then the computer system. Wait for the red light to glow at the USB end, unplug and fly away. For three bucks it is a no brainer.
